We moved to KRIXON after months of unreturned calls from our previous provider. The difference is the reporting — I get a written shift summary every morning and I actually know what happened on site overnight.
Our site had ongoing theft through the early hours. Randomised patrols and monitored cameras stopped it inside a fortnight, and the incident reports were detailed enough for our insurer without any back-and-forth.
